Ordering and custom work
Can I request a custom size or design?
Yes. Everything we make is built to order, so size, shape, species, edge profile and thickness are all specified rather than picked from a list. Tell us the dimensions and what the piece is for, and we will come back with a quote. We also do custom epoxy work.
How long will my order take?
Smaller items like shelves and end tables take 1-4 weeks but most made-to-order pieces take approximately 2–3 months, depending on the project and current build schedule.
Do you charge for a custom quote?
No. Custom quotes are free and there is no obligation to proceed once you receive one.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible depending on how far your piece has progressed through production.

What wood species do you use?
We work with a range of hardwood species. Available options may vary by piece and current lumber availability.
How do I care for my furniture?
Use a soft damp cloth for regular cleaning and avoid harsh household cleaners, abrasives and prolonged standing moisture.
What finish do you use?
Finish depends on the piece and intended use. Contact us if you need details for a particular product.
Will the colour change over time?
Yes. Natural wood develops character and can change tone over time as it is exposed to light and normal use.

How is the furniture packed?
Furniture is carefully protected and packed for transport. Larger custom pieces may be shipped in purpose-built packaging or crates.
Will it arrive assembled?
This depends on the product. Some pieces may require minor assembly for safer and more practical shipping.
