    Crafting Time: All furniture is made on demand. Once you've ordered your piece, crafting time is between 1 - 4 weeks for smaller items, and 4 - 8 weeks for larger items. We'll be in contact with you throughout the build!

     

    “Exoticwoodworks will build for Troy Rosasco two 30” wide bookcases hidden beneath one continuous 60” black walnut top. The height will be 36” high x 12” deep. All wood will be solid black walnut at least 1” thick with good visible grain on the top 60” piece and the sides. Two open bookshelves will be 12” high, and a self closing drawer will be on bottom with brushed nickel/chrome regular knob. 

     

    The two bookcases will have some method of attaching them attaching them together with a tread or bolt as discussed with Kieran. There should also be some way of attaching the 60” top to the two bookcases so it does not slide off. 

     

    Bookcase and printer stand will be finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C “Pure”, if Kieran believes that is best. It should look approximately like the images sent to Kieran. 

     

    Exoticwoodworx will build one solid black walnut printer stand, with measurements and bottom drawer and like the image I sent to Kieran also. If there are any questions or changes to be made, Kieran will call me so we can discuss first. Theresa total cost will be $5,000 which includes safe shipping to Long Island NY “
